INTRODUCTION
On March 21st, the "Build Together, Win Together" 2022 KFMI commendation conference and the ninth batch entrepreneurial merit medal award ceremony were grandly held at the Yuyao Headquarters Sports Art Museum. Representatives of outstanding employees from the company and its affiliated companies, as well as various
guests, gathered together. Additionally, bases in Japan, Shanghai, Beijing, Huizhou, Hefei, Yiyang, Wuhan, and other regions participated in the conference via online platforms.
At the pinnacle of the high mountain, the one can see the mighty river rushes and the towering peaks embrace the boundless winds. It’s an era of relentless endeavor, born in a prosperous era, should not disappoint it. There is always such a group of individuals in KFMI: they greet the dawn and tread through the night. From inception to fruition, they remain true to their original aspirations, forge ahead with determination, equate "greatness" with "ordinary", and inscribe the illustrious history of KFMI with responsibility and perseverance.
During the 2022 Advanced Commendation session, 35 outstanding teams and 274 outstanding individuals who demonstrated exceptional performance throughout the year received a grandly recognition. The KFMI leadership presented flowers, banners, and trophies to the outstanding teams and individuals to express high recognition of their achievements.

The growth and progress of KFMI embody the wisdom and sweat of every KFMI individual, while also rely on the understanding and support of KFMI families. Some honored individuals’ family members were invited to witness the honor and share the glory together. They supported the development and growth of KFMI with a tolerant mindset and a spirit of dedication. Thanks to every KFMI family member for their dedication over the years, KFMI is also created by their contributions.
The Ninth Batch Entrepreneurial Merit Medal Award Ceremony
Looking back the past, time passed in the same way for everyone, while each person experienced it differently. There is such a group of ambitious and spirited individuals, have the courage to tread paths that hadn’t passed by their predecessors. They are destined for greatness, not mediocrity!
Since 2015, KFMI granted medals to the employees who had made outstanding contributions during the entrepreneurial process. Employees who had been working for five years receive the Entrepreneurial Merit Silver Medal, for ten years receive the Entrepreneurial Merit Gold Medal, and for fifteen years receive the Entrepreneurial Role Model Merit Award. This year, there are a total of 11 recipients of the Entrepreneurial Role Model Merit Award, 54 recipients of the Entrepreneurial Merit Gold Medal, and 80 recipients of the Entrepreneurial Merit Silver Medal.
The Signing Ceremony of the Business Target Responsibility Agreement
In the midst of prosperity, it is our time and opportunity. Though the long path ahead, it is our duty and responsibility. The new journey requires new responsibilities and calls for new achievements. At the conference, the “Signing Ceremony for the Business Objective Responsibility Agreement” was also held. The leaders from various departments, business units, and subsidiaries signed the Business Objective Responsibility Agreement for the year 2023.
The Agreement clarify the goals and development direction for 2023, and also express the determination and confidence of KFMI employees to fulfill their mission. In the future, KFMI employees will forge ahead with indomitable spirit, strive towards common goals, pool their efforts, advance steadily, and prepare themselves to embrace new journeys and challenges. Fully achieve the business goals for 2023, and create a new development pattern for KFMI.
Dr. Lijun Yao Made a Speech
At the end of conference, Dr. Lijun Yao, Chairman and Chief Technology Officer of KFMI gave a speech. He expressed his heartfelt thanks and congratulations to the outstanding teams, individuals, and recipients of the Entrepreneurial Merit Medals. Dr. Yao encouraged all KFMI employees to continue to forge ahead and create new glory in KFMI’s “The first year of development”.
Dr. Yao expressed that: “Through a whole year of hard work and dedication, it is you, the KFMI employees who tell me that we are the ultimate winners, we are a "team" with capable of fighting. Today is the best review of this “team” and the efforts of last year. KFMI had achieved a sales growth of 45.83% and a profit growth of 159.17%, delivering a perfect performance!”
“What particularly delights and moves me today is to see so many hardworking individuals receive the award. They are representatives of all KFMI employees, every KFMI employee is amazing! We have witnessed the success of CMP, components, HCM Cu targets... Behind each touching story, it is the continuous effort, entrepreneurship, and journey towards success of generation after generation.”
“When we see the flowers, hear the applause, we need know the countless sleepless nights, the sweat, the endurance, the perseverance, and the sacrifices behind them. In KFMI, there are many individuals who have received the Entrepreneurial Model Medal for 15 years, have been awarded MVP, and have garnered much recognition and honor. But they still work on the front lines today, they have become more mature, confident, and adept at problem-solving than before. They have become leaders who can guide teams, which is a microcosm of the continuous growth of KFMI people.”

There are still many people who haven't stepped onto the stage today, who haven't received flowers, trophies, and bonuses, but you are not far from them.
